SBMS Grant

NISB is initiating a large-scale research programme under the title Systems Biology to combat Metabolic Syndrome (SBMS).
This programme aims to initiate collaboration between Europe-wide consortia of researchers in the fields of systems biology and biomedicine.
The idea was initially coined as a EuroBioFund initiative in Lisboa (20071205), then further developed at a workshop in Berlin (20080925-26), and described in a recently released SBMS White Paper.
